From insurance referrer to a rapidly growing family brokerage group: a development path accompanied by the study
Marchesi Moreno's professional story began as that of an insurance whistleblower, driven by a strong commercial capacity and a deep knowledge of the sector.
Over time, his determination leads him to become General Agent of Vittoria Assurazioni, a role that consolidates its presence in the area and strengthens its relationship with customers.
The son's entry into the company Federico, after a brilliant university career and qualified training in the insurance field, opens the way to a new chapter. The combination of skills — the commercial experience of Moreno and the innovative and organized approach of Federico — allows the birth of Broker Center S.r.l., an insurance brokerage firm that today represents the heart of the family project.

The challenge
The transformation from a simple sole proprietorship to a structured and organized family group has set a series of objectives:
- define a business and administrative organization appropriate to the growth of the general agency;
- create a new corporate structure for insurance brokerage activities;
- effectively manage the generational transition, integrating Federico into the role of a key figure in the commercial management.
Our intervention
The study accompanied Marchesi Moreno and Broker Center S.r.l. in all the evolutionary phases of the business, providing continuous and specialized assistance.
