The TEDxPerugia is one of the most anticipated cultural and idea-sharing events in the local area. Behind the complex organizational machine that brings world-class speakers to the stage every year is the tireless work of Compositio APS, the Social Promotion Association that organizes TEDx for the city.

The partners of the Firm — Nicola Primieri, Filippo Primieri and Luca Primieri — deeply believe in the social impact of innovation. • Operational Flexibility: Managing administrative spikes in the months leading up to the event without slowing down the volunteer team's daily activities.

The collaboration between the Firm and the Association follows a continuous path, structured into three key phases:

1. The Initial Legal Structure: Studio Primieri managed the entire incorporation process for Compositio APS, handling the bylaws and articles of association to secure its status as a Third Sector entity from day one.

2. Agile Administration: The firm handles routine accounting requirements and supports the association with all bureaucratic and administrative tasks. The association's day-to-day treasury, document management, and annual reporting are fully automated and streamlined.

3. Operational Management in the Field: The Firm's professionals actively participate in event coordination meetings, working consistently with the network of professionals and local partners that make up the organizing team.
