Tax planning, balance sheet analysis and support for business growth

Marco Grasselli and Bruno Tofi, after a long experience as managers in leading companies in the sportswear sector, have decided to start their own business project by taking over SPORT CONES, historic sporting goods store.

Thanks to their vision and the skills gained over the years, they have transformed a single store into a network of stores, significantly expanding the offer with new product lines, including a selection dedicated to Casual wear.

The challenge

The development path of CONI SPORT required:

  • Structured tax planning, able to support business expansion;
  • An accurate financial statement analysis to monitor costs, margins and financial sustainability of new stores;
  • An orderly administrative management that accompanied the transition from a single store to a commercial network;
  • Tools for reading numbers useful for making strategic decisions during the expansion phase of the offer.
